Mi Notebook and Mi Notebook Horizon Edition are slated to launch in India today. This is the first time Xiaomi is bringing its laptops to India and it will be the global debut of these two models. The Mi Notebook launch event will be live-streamed via Xiaomi’s YouTube and social media channels starting 12PM IST. The company has already teased the Mi Notebook Horizon Edition model, which is touted to come with an “epic” battery performance, high screen-to-body ratio, lightweight form and SSD storage, among other things. Xiaomi’s Mi Notebook series will take on laptops from popular brands ASUS, Laptop, HP, and more.

Mi Notebook, Mi Notebook Horizon Edition specifications
The Mi Notebook series specifications remain vague at the moment. These are brand new models that have been customised for the Indian market. Based on the teasers Xiaomi has shared, we know that there are going to be more than one variant of the laptop. The laptop has been teased to come with SSD storage to offer “ultra-fast” data transfer speed. Apart from this, the Mi Notebook Horizon Edition model is tipped to feature a 14-inch bezel-less display, which Xiaomi is calling the ‘Horizon Edge’ display, along with support for DTS audio. Lastly, the Mi Notebook Horizon Edition is rated to last up to 12 hours on a single charge. Mi Notebook and Mi Notebook Horizon Edition specifications and price will be announced during the event today.
