OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro (Review) will go on sale in India today at 12PM through Amazon.in and OnePlus website. The flagship phones were launched back in April and are being ‘Made in India’ to lower the price. While the vanilla OnePlus 8 has been on sale quite a few times, the OnePlus 8 Pro, after multiple delays, went on the first-ever sale in India last week and will be up for grabs today. To recall, OnePlus 8 series ship with the mighty Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, Fluid AMOLED display 30W fast-charging support and boot Android 10 OS.

OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro price in India, offers

OnePlus 8 price in India starts at Rs 41,999 for the base 6GB + 128GB, while the 8GB + 128GB variant costs Rs 44,999 and the 12GB + 256GB sets you back by Rs 49,999. The OnePlus 8 Pro 8GB + 128GB price is set at Rs 54,999 and Rs 59,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. The phones will be available via Amazon.in and OnePlus.in. For the sale offers, SBI credit card-holders get Rs 3,000 instant discount on OnePlus 8 Pro and Rs 2,000 on OnePlus 8. OnePlus is also offering up to 12 months no-cost EMI and Jio benefits worth Rs 6,000.

OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro specifications

The OnePlus 8 Pro sports a 6.78-inch QHD+ Fluid AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and Gorilla Glass layer. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.0 storage that isn’t expandable. The phone boots Android 10 OS with OxygenOS 10 custom skin on top. It has IP68 water and dust resistance and 30W wireless charging support. The OnePlus 8 Pro features quad-camera setup at the back comprising of dual 48MP sensors, an 8MP unit, and a 5MP colour sensor. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. A 4,510mAh battery with 30W wired charging fuels the phone.

The vanilla OnePlus 8 has a relatively smaller 6.55-inch full HD+ Fluid AMOLED display and has 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. It is also powered by the same Snapdragon 865 SoC with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage, and runs on Android 10 with OxygenOS custom skin. The rear spine has triple cameras with a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 16MP ultra-wide sensor. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calls. A 4,300mAh battery with 30W fast charging keeps the phone running. Both the phones come with an in-display fingerprint sensor, but no 3.5mm audio jack.
