MSME promoters may get first right to prepare revamp plan

In a major departure from the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) provisions, the regulator has proposed a special dispensation for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) where promoters will have the first chance to present a resolution plan.
