US investors seek reforms in IPO norms

Investors and other market stakeholders from the US have asked Sebi to bring in reforms in IPO regulations, a statement said on Wednesday. ​​​Sebi chairman Ajay Tyagi on Tuesday interacted with various stakeholders, including industry and investor associations from the US.
