Sensex hits 45000-mark on RBI's faster than excepted recovery remark

Equity indices edged higher on Friday with the benchmark BSE sensex crossing the 45,000-mark for first time ever after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) the Indian economy was recovering faster than expected.
