The Supreme Court on Friday upheld Cyrus P Mistry’s removal from the post of executive chairman of Tata Sons and rejected the Shapoorji Pallonji Group’s accusations against Ratan Tata, including Tata Sons board’s allegedly oppressive practices against minority shareholders.
