Nawaz Sharif says he was offered USD 5 billion by former US president Bill Clinton not to conduct nuclear tests

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif returned home after a four-year exile in the UK. In a rally, he highlighted his achievements, including conducting nuclear tests in response to India's atomic explosion in 1998, despite being offered $5 billion by former US President Bill Clinton not to do so. Sharif also criticized his main rival, Imran Khan, and expressed concerns about the state of the country, vowing to redirect Pakistan towards growth.
